We are inviting applications from highly qualified, experienced, and dynamic education professionals for the position of Academic Head to oversee the Junior, Middle, and Senior Sections of the institution.
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee the entire academic and administrative operations of the school
- Implement academic policies, programs, and curricular activities to ensure quality education
- Ensure professional development of teachers and administrative staff
- Provide innovative leadership and uphold educational excellence
- Achieve all targets and goals set by the Management Committee
- Ensure effective execution of decisions made by the Management Committee
- Supervise, monitor, and coordinate all school activities for smooth and efficient operation
- Plan and implement short-term and long-term academic strategies

Eligibility Criteria :
- Age: 45 to 55 years
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in academic leadership
- Must have experience working in an English Medium School or University
- Strong knowledge of CIE Curriculum and Training is mandatory
- Proven capability in short-term and long-term academic planning
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Master’s Degree in Science discipline from a reputed university
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
